Inspiration: I went to a bead show and found this pink druzy in a display of cabachons. I kept coming back to it because of the sparkle, and once I bought it, I couldn't stop thinking about how I'd set it!

Inspiration: I am giving away a necklace in the month of September to a ckient of my bead store www.magpiegemstones.com
My client's are amazing people. Many have become friends and their warmth and friendship as well as their immense creativity makes me happy to wake up every morning and get to work. In trying to think of a way to repay them I thought of making a necklace out of the best labradorite I have and giving it away.
This is what manifest itself on my work bench when I went at the task.

Inspiration: Ok, it's not jewelry and it's not an accessory, but the categories are a bit too limited for my repertoire at the moment. Inspiration: Have been experimenting w/ quasi-floral centerpieces made with various colorblends of uranium glass... but I think this one looks a bit more like a mutant lobster with heart-shaped "claws" :b
Pictures were taken under borderline UV/violet LED (glowy), incandescent lightbulb (all-black background), and indirect natural sunlight (black/white background w/ US dime for size comparison).
